Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D.
Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D. is an executive and communications coach in the areas of leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills. Her consultancy blends a background of seasoned business acumen with her doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
She began her career in a consulting firm, in which she focused on collaborative leadership with Fortune 50 companies. In developing more collaborative leaders and workplaces, she implemented large-scale corporate initiatives, designed and facilitated strategic and operational planning meetings, and coached emerging and senior leaders.
Susannah’s recognition that communication was a critical skill for leadership led her to leave consulting and move into the area of leadership communication coaching. During that time, she coached executive and emerging leaders to improve their communication style and effectiveness, and to develop specific speeches for their boards, conferences, sales meetings, and keynote addresses.
Since 2010, she has dedicated herself to presentation coaching both for executives and senior leaders.
Susannah Baldwin is also a master trainer in the areas of communication skills. She and a team of associates deliver a variety of workshops on communication—including Present with Impact, Storytelling, and Presentation Skills for Women. She also delivers a keynote entitled Women, Language and Power. Susannah has extensive experience as a public speaker, moderator, and as a weekly radio-show host.
