Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D.

With over 20 years of experience in the tech and biotech industries, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges leaders face. I partner closely with executives to navigate critical transitions, organizational change, team dynamics, and to explore their personal leadership style.

My career began with a degree in clinical psychology, followed by a transition into leadership development within Fortune 50 companies. In working with leaders, I realized that clear, authentic communication is essential for earning trust, inspiring commitment, and influencing direction and results. This insight led me to specialize in leadership communication.

Today, my practice focuses on executive and communication coaching, with a particular emphasis on supporting women as they advance into senior leadership roles. My book, Women, Language, and Power: Giving Voice to Our Ambition, distills insights from my coaching work and reflects the core of my approach.

Through Susannah Baldwin & Associates, I lead a team of skilled executive coaches as well as trainers who deliver my leadership and communication programs.

I also bring experience as a public speaker, moderator, and former radio show host. Outside of work, you’ll find me cycling, swimming, or enjoying time with my family.
