Ford Hatamiya, M.A.

Ford Hatamiya, M.A. is a master trainer and coach for management and leadership development. He has 25 years of experience consulting with public and private organizations, including leadership development, strategic thinking and presentation skills.

Ford earned his B.A. in Economics and a master’s in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. Ford is a Sansei—a third generation Japanese American. His community activities focus on the socioeconomic viability of Asian American communities.

Beth O’Neill, M.A., PCC

Beth O’Neill is a master trainer, facilitator and executive coach. With more than 25 years of organizational development experience, she works with leaders to articulate vision, clarify decision-making and manage stakeholders.

Beth holds a B.A. from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and The Whitman School of Management. She also holds a master’s degree from the University of Hartford’s School of Communication. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and a certified NLP practitioner by the Academy of Leadership Coaching and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming).

Chris Brannen, M.A.

Chris Brannen, M.A. is an international business consultant, executive coach, and master trainer. She specializes in global leadership, management and cross-cultural communications. She has 20 years of experience facilitating a range of programs in 25 countries, including change management, cross-cultural negotiation and diversity and inclusion. 

Chris taught at the University of California at Berkeley for 7.5 years. She earned a B.A. from the University of Texas, M.A. and Ph.D., ABD, from the University of California at Berkeley.

Lisa Rothman

Lisa Rothman is an award winning radio producer, master trainer, and communications coach. She has 15 years experience preparing leaders for media interviews and high-stakes presentations. Lisa has a specialty in virtual coaching throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Her areas of focus include conference speaking, high stakes interviewing and media ready messaging. Lisa regularly works with non-native English speakers and high-potential women.

Lisa earned a B.A. in East Asian studies from Wesleyan University. She also performs professionally in one woman shows throughout the Bay Area.

Sofia Good 

Sofia is a learning and development professional and trainer. She cultivates strong and trusting relationships with her clients by enabling them to confidently confront and overcome the challenges of their development. She conducts workshops on leadership, teamwork, facilitation, and change management for small and large scale global startups and businesses.

Sofia earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University. She is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner and has earned a Certificate of Brain Based Coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute (CFN).
